    心得交流站 : 炸素扒是用中火炸脆,捞起片刻再回锅炸,会更香脆。

    Step 1

    把材料B的豆干用布挤去水份;豆包切碎挤干水份备用,加入调味料拌匀。Squeeze out liquid of harden tofu in muslin bag,chop gluten pocket and squeeze out liquid as well,combine and mix in seasoning.

    Step 2

    取1片淡腐皮,抹上少许面糊,放上半张紫菜,再铺上材料B,用腐皮包成方形,隔水蒸10分钟,待冷备用。Spread some batter on a sheet of bean curd skin,place in half sheet of seaweed and top with some ingredients B. Wrap into square shape and steam for 10 minutes,let cool.

    Step 3

    素鱼炸至金黄色,煮滚蜜汁味噌酱淋上,摆上装饰即成。Deep fry the square mock fish into golden brown and serve with boiled sauce,garnish to serve.
